Hola mi gente!  Xavi Davi's ( pronounce Sặ-bee Dặ-bee) is a new food truck featuring Authentic Puerto Rican food, serving Moore County and surrounding communities. I am excited and grateful to be given this opportunity to share my passion of cooking traditional Puerto Rican foods with everyone! In the Puerto Rican culture, we are taught from a young age how to cook and to do so con mucho amor! My Abuelita showed my mother, my mother showed me, and of course I show my thirteen year old son, Xavier.

Xavier (Xavi for short) was born for the kitchen!

 Xavi has participated in cooking classes in Connecticut, online, and in southern pines. He of course has learned from his Nuanie (my mother), my sisters, his Titi Bella, and me. Teaching each other our family recipes, and coming together to enjoy them is what we love most in our culture!

  To say Xavi will be helping on the food truck will be an understatement.

He is our Chef Xavi Davi and a big part of my team!

 As for myself, I have over twenty five years of experience in the restaurant/food industry.  I am excited to carry this knowledge, apply it, and eager to learn even more! I love to cook! Just knowing that people gather around with friends and family to enjoy my food, brightens my day.
